WHAT WE DO... we obtain copies of your deed legal
description and plats. Visit your site and find the old survey
markers the original surveyor placed marking your propery
or find other plat markers and mark your lot corners with
iron rods. Then we place a stake at your lot corners so you
can see where the property corners area. Then we take
measurements and shoot angles and create a survey
drawing that shows your land, easements that appear on
the plat and show your house, walks, driveway and other
items which we feel are required.

You can generally use the survey to purchase or sell the
property, obtain a loan, meet the Title Insurance
requirement, obtain a permit to place a fence, pool or room
addition or for other reasons.

We can also do elevation surveys, topographical surveys,
tree surveys or other type of surveys.

We send you an email copy with professional surveyor
signature and seal on it that most people can use as an
original.

We also mail two paper copies to you for your file.
